PSI was established in 2009 to fill the specific needs of many clients in various industries. PSI’s flexible model was developed to work with clients whether in the office of in the field. Our staff is dedicated to work together as a team with our clients to ensure high quality and a successful project outcome.

Robert Rowe

Mr. Rowe, one of the founding members of Project Specific, has over twenty years in the engineering and construction industries with the last twelve specializing in the delivery of biotech, pharmaceutical, microelectronics, high tech and design/build projects.  Mr. Rowe is responsible for the overall business operations of Project Specific while also serving as the Division Manager of the Life Services Division. His vast experience has included every phase of the industry from estimating to project close-out.
